Return Eligibility
We accept return requests submitted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, unopened and unsealed
- In their original packaging
- In the same condition as received
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, tested or unsealed skincare and cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded. We appreciate your understanding.
How to Request a Return
Please contact us before sending any item back. Email us at mimounaa.antar@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:
- You received a defective or damaged item
- You received the wrong item
In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at mimounaa.antar@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging
Refused Packages
If a package is refused or undeliverable due to unpaid customs fees, taxes or incorrect address, the order will not be automatically refunded. Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
