At Mimounai, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

**Important Notice — Cosmetic Products**

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, tested, or unsealed cosmetic and skincare products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. This applies to all Mimounai products including serums, creams, and lip oils. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers.

**Eligible Returns**

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

- The product is unopened, unused, and sealed in its original packaging

- The product has not been tampered with

- The return request is submitted within 14 days of the delivery date

**How to Request a Return**

Before sending any product back, please contact us at mimounaa.antar@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request within 48 business hours. Do not send products back without prior written approval.
