At MIMOUNAI, every order is prepared with care and intention. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect.

Processing Time

All MIMOUNAI products are made-to-order through our fulfillment partner, Blanka. Orders require 5 to 9 business days of production and processing before they are shipped. This is not a delay — it is the time needed to carefully prepare your personalized skincare order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 3 to 7 business days (total: 8 to 16 business days)
• Canada: 5 to 10 business days (total: 10 to 19 business days)
• International: 7 to 15 business days (total: 12 to 24 business days)

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, high-demand periods, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

• Canada: 8.90 €
• International: 12.90 €
• Free shipping on all orders over 75 €

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

MIMOUNAI ships internationally. Any customs fees, import duties, taxes or brokerage fees charged upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or control these charges. If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the order will not be automatically refunded.
