Frequently Asked Questions
1. Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide 🌍 — including the United States, Canada, Europe and beyond. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are available on our Shipping Policy page.
2. How long does shipping take?
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
USA: 3–7 business days — Canada: 5–10 business days — International: 7–15 business days.
Total estimated time including processing: USA 8–16 days, Canada 10–19 days, International 12–24 days.
3. Why does my order take a few days before shipping?
MIMOUNAI products are made-to-order through our fulfillment partner Blanka. Each order goes through a production and quality check process of 5 to 9 business days before shipment. This ensures your products are prepared with care and meet our quality standards.
4. Can I return skincare products?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened and sealed in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned. Please review our full Return Policy.
5. What if my item arrives damaged?
We're so sorry if that happened! Please contact us at mimounaa.antar@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will make it right.
6. Are customs fees included in the price?
No. Any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. These charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority.
7. Can I change my address after ordering?
Please contact us as soon as possible at mimounaa.antar@gmail.com with your order number. We will do our best to update the address before your order enters production. Once shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
8. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you haven't received it within 10 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.
9. Are MIMOUNAI products suitable for all skin types?
Our products are formulated to be gentle and suitable for most skin types. However, every skin is unique. We recommend reviewing the full ingredient list before use. If you have sensitive skin or specific concerns, we suggest consulting a dermatologist. Our products are not intended to treat or cure any skin condition.
10. Do you offer refunds?
Yes, under certain conditions. Refunds are available for eligible returns (unused, sealed items returned within 14 days). Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please see our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
